"I am beyond amazed with the friendliness and EXCELLENT service we have consistently received from Dernise Dasne. She has helped my elderly father tremendously to get the optimal coverage for his home and autos. Dernise is patient knowledgeable, and always gets back to you quickly with accuracy.
Just an example: I emailed her re: a notice my father got from the Sec of State that was really stressing us out; Dernise emails me back about an hour later that it has been resolved with an attachment showing proof for our records! Dernise is the best!"
